14 Bolt FF part number help needed

Hey Guys,
I'm in the process of finishing up the install of a 14 bolt in my 88 Blazer. While bolting up the hubs I noticed that the lock washer that goes between the two nuts was missing a few tabs. I went to the dealer today to try and order a set, but was unable to get the guy behind the counter to find a part number. The only one he could find in the computer was the newer style that uses a snap ring.

Does anyone have the part number handy? Or know of a place that can ship me out a set?

There is a place here in town that actually had some in stock a couple years ago when I was working on mine. It is called main auto parts. It is real similar to a NAPA. You go in there and they guys actually know what they hell you are talking about unlike auto zone. I just walked in there and set it on the counter and went to a set of drawers and pulled it out. Try taking it to NAPA they or do you have a driveshaft place around you?
