14 bolt gears ?

The gears in my 14 bolt now are 4.09s and I want to get a set of 4.56s for it and was not clear on weather or not I will need a diffrent carrier for them or not. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

I believe the break point is 4.11 and up. You can get 4.56 gears that are thick to fit the other carrier. Where ever you order them they should be able to get you the right gears for the carrier. They should have the information that tells them what the break point is.

You can use your same carrier. Just get the thick gears. If you want Yukon gears, the part # is YG GM14T-456T (fits 4.10 & down case).
