1/2 ton status
My stock K5 driveshaft won't match up with my new 14bff. What is the U-joint on my driveshaft (1310/1350/1410??) and what is the Pinion yoke on my 14bolt??? How do I fix this problem?

Your driveshaft is 1310. Your axle is 1350.
There is a conversion ujoint. I do not know the part number, but someone else will and you can get it from NAPA.
A better choice would be to upgrade your driveshaft to 1350.

Does it matter that its out of a 3/4 ton? Or is it still 1350?

Just an FYI some 10bolts did have the 1350 yoke on them. My 83 6.2l had a 1350 on the 10 bolt so the driveshaft was all set on my 14bolt swap with no ujoint change or conversion joint.
My 14 bolt was from a 3/4 ton 73K20.

I have never seen or heard of a 1350 on a 10 bolt but they did use 1330.

Some 80's model K5 stock with sm465's came with 1350's in the rear driveshaft. Mine did.
