I'm searching for a set of hubs for a Corporate 14 bolt FF out of a CUCV. These had 3-1/2 inch brakes and I was wondering if I could use the hubs from an axle with 2-1/2 inch drums? I've found a set of 3.5 drums just need the hubs. Will this work or am I totally off couse here?

AFAIK the hubs are the same for both brakes. At least i have helped someone do a disc conversion that had the 2.5" brakes and it came out good so i'm guessing they're the same. The only hubs that i would bet are different are the ones that have the outboard mounted drum that removes without having to remove the hub assembly.

Hubs are the same. The difference is made up in the backing plate. The 3.5" backing plates are offset inboard further than the 2.5" units are.
