Found a 14 bolt through a source but curious on some info. it's is suppose to be from 87 C20 with 373 gears, I asked to measure inside drum to drum and got 52 3/4 sound right? I want to have my front and rear tires same length here. Anyone help me out before going to look at?

seems right by going off my front axle length anyone wanna double check for me?

only rear to get you close to same width as front is van width @ 70" wheel mount to mount . and dana 60 is 69" if I recall . also 10/44 fronts are 67 if I recall.

the width wider will make it turn in a wider circle = bigger field to do a 360 turn around.

and 2wd c trucks and 4wd k trucks had same spring pad width just 1 ton stuff different . and 2wd shock mounts need moved on axle to work with 4wd .

42.5" for 1/2 to 3/4 ton and 40.5 1ton stuff for the center pin to center pin spacing on the leaf springs .

sounds like he measured drum to drum .

yes he measured drum to drum. Will this axle make my back tires stick out farther?

I measured 54-13/16" backing plate to backing plate on my 3/4 ton 14FF. I just happen to be in the middle of creating a 3D model of it at the moment as well.

The 3/4 ton axle is a direct replacement for the 1/2 ton axles other than the u-joint size and ground clearance. It will not make your rear axle much wider.

Thought the truck axles where wider while burbs where narrower axles. So what's the value on a 3/4 14 bolt now days? Anything to look for on it before buying it?
