Hard to tell from that pic....look INSIDE the carrier to see if you see spider gears...if you do see them, then no, you don't have a detroit.

Looks like a gov-loc to me. look at the right side of the pic and you can see some holes in the side of the carrier. Open carriers aren't like that.
Only picture I have and I thinking about buying it, accually I'm high bidder

Buy and run it till it breaks. I have been told that the 14FF gov-bombs do not usually break anything but the internals of the carrier which basically makes it a spool unlike 10 bolts that crack the carrier in half.
