14 bolt search

im starting to look for a 14 bolt ff rear axle and was going to do some junkyard shopping. i have an 88 k5 and wanted to know what year and type of truck to look for to get a 14 bolt from. also what other stuff do i need from the donor truck, brake lines, e-brake cable, ect. when doing the axle swap do i need to change the location of spring perches and shock mounts of can i leave them in the same place? thanks.

all i can assist is roughly on the price... you shouldnt pay much... around here they go for $25-$50 tops... hell I got one with 3.73's under my pickup bed trailer
funny when people look at it and go... THAT IS A 1 TON AXLE!!!! under a trailer

any 3/4 ton full float is the same spring pads and shock mounts for you and around here 100-150 in the yards if thay know what thay have.
