anyone know what size u-joint would be in my 1997 C2500 pickup with a semi float 14 bolt? I want to swap out the rear for a Dana 60 and am puting a list of everything I would need to do together.

hopefully. hopefully the driveshaft works out fine. Not sure but hoping the dana 60 has 4.10s in it. it will be nice to have a dana 60 under it, give me a good base in the rear for doing the SFA later.

you know there really isnt a strength difference right? only a .25 inch in ring gear diameter.

plus full float axle shafts, plus the aftermarket support of the dana 60 vs the 14 bolt semi floater, plus the possibility it is already 4.10 gears vs the 3.73s I have now. 
strength isn't the real concern, the ability to build it up into something stronger down the road is.
