I picked up a 14 bff a while back and I was just wondering if these weld burn ins were going to be a problem. Looks like they got a little crazy in a couple spots.

Cool thanks Chris. Also the perches have already been moved, but do you think I will need to use new ones to get my pinion angle correct?

Stick it under the truck and see..... If they need to be moved, cut them off and move them, reweld.

anytime a tube is gouged like that I just weld it up grind smooth. Like Chris said they are plenty thick

same thing here. I nicked my tubes a bit cutting all the old stuff off. Nothing that bad, but I welded the nicks up and used a flap wheel to knock it flat.
