14 bolt wheel spacers

For those of you running wheel spacers on your 14 bolts, how wide are they and where did you get them? Thanks.

This question is posed to those who wanted to more closely match the front, not those who run stock backspaced hummer rims.

I know this isn't what you asked for but, If you wheel your truck I wouldn't get the spacers. The rear axle is not as wide to help you turn sharper. Just my 2 Cents
