14 dually to single conversion

I'm helping my buddy with his heep. He found a 14bolt with 5:13 gears, but its a dually. Is there a way to convert it to a single. If so how would we go about it. thanks for the help. /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif

Sounds like a cab & chassis 14FF which is actually narrower that the SRW. You can swap SRW hubs onto it to bring the track width back up to "normal". Only issue then is the brakes... no stock combination of parts will make SRW hubs work on the DRW housing. On a lighter note... good time for disc brakes /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
