Well, I picked up my 14 bolt SF yesterday and it's sitting in the bed of my S-10 (Because I can't unload it myself!). My question is, if I convert this axel to disc brakes is it going to narrow the axel much or will it stay about the same width?? I hope this isn't a stupid question. I'm kinda new to this beefing up the axel's business. Thanks in advance.

It'll stay the same width because the axle shafts stay the same they never move and this is what the wheel bolts to. Congrats on the axle!

"14 in my S-10" got me all excited! Before I read the post, I assumed it meant you installed it in your S-10. I was like, "Hell yeah!"
