14 inch pumpkin clearance enuf?

is 14.5 inch d70 an 15 inch d60 pumpkin ground clearances enuf..19 or 20
inch at axl tubes...i cant find enuf snow to swamp it, dont have mud close
by.....wife fenced off her garden to keep me outofit...lol
