Where can I locate 1410 driveshaft yokes? Namely the portions that weld into the driveshaft. I am going to run 1410 joints at all 4 joints on the truck, but the front shaft I think I am just going to make my own square shaft. Rear will likely get a HAD shaft since this truck will see street time. So anyway, I need the pieces to make a square shaft. My only thought is to source them off of OE Dodge or Ford driveshafts at the junkyard. But the only local junkyard that would have those pieces would likely be outrageous on price(as they are for EVERYTHING).

so you are looking for the weld yokes right? You could probley get them brand new for pretty cheap from a supplier like AAM http://www.aam.com/index.php?s=41 now when looking remember this there ujoint sizes are dana size number +5 so for example a 1410 is a AAM 1415. any questions just ask me, I am now working for AAM as a engineer, i mostly work in the prototype drive shaft lab where we make all GM's prototype shafts and some nascar stuff, i also work on the 14 bolt engineering

you can try both of them either contacting them directly or through a distributor network, if that does not work let me know when im back at the driveline facility thur ill ask the main drive line guy, im spending the next few days at the tech center analysing warrenty return drive shafts and some new prototypes on the dyno
