Your beer:work ratio is amazing =))

Is that a semi-floating 14 bolt?

-- A

Yep, that is a semi floater 14. My 12 bolt suffered a catostrophic failure. I actually bought a 3/4 chev P/U, with the 14B/10B, SM465, and a 208 case for $300. The engine caught fire melted the firewall and dash. The T/C was bought new 6 months ago, and the truck was only on the road for a month before the fire. Gear ratio front and rear is 4.10's. Will be much better that the 3.07's with 35's.

Now I need to see if I can find some 15" 8 lug wheels, I would hate to have to buy another set of new tires, when the BFG's I have are about 80%. Anyone know if a 15x8 or10 8 lug is available and what backspacing should be?? I just want a simple black steel wagon wheel..

You had help? That's cheating! I did my full-float swap by myself. Only because I don't have any close friends that can turn a wrench, though. :D

As for rims:
15x10, 8-lug at Summit.
The ones I bought have 4.5" of backspacing, and they are on a 14ff. It looks like 4" would work fine, but I wouldn't go any less than that.
