Is there a website or something documenting the procedure for doing this? Its not in my shop manual and I cant seem to get the differential out. Its stuck in there pretty good.
you undid the bolts that hold the wire clooking clips in place right ? the clips that have the ends that go into those little holes you see on each side of the carrier at the side bearings ?
Yes I took the little c looking clips out that are bolted on. I also took the shafts out. It can get it to come about 1/3 of the way out but not all the way.

Loosen the udjuster sleeves/collars more (don't know the proper name for them in a 14B). I have pulled mine out a couple of times and always had to lossen the collars about 2.5 turns in each side and then it would fall out in my hands (it is pretty heavy the first time you catch it).
Ok. I completely feel like an idiot. I didnt realize there were threaded adjusters in the housing. Its out now. Thanks guys. Does anyone have a set of 14b ff adjusters just laying around in a junk axle? I kinda tore mine up.
