Is there a big round metal hub that sticks out between the wheels studs. If there is 8 bolts on the hub inside the wheel studs then it is a FF. If there is no hub and no bolts then it is sf.

Full Floater looks like this , and on the axle ends has the axle held in with nuts on a hub
Semi Floater looks like this , and has a regular axle with no external hub , looks like a big 12 bolt half ton axle with 2 extra bolts kinda
