I have searched but need your help with the Napa part #s for the disc brake conversion. I have the caliper brackets, need the rest. Looking for 3/4 ton calipers and rotors, brake lines etc... Maybe a thread link?
Thanks for your help:D.

Don't have part numbers for you but you need front rotors from a 73-87 chevy 4wd 3/4 ton truck. You may need to modify the studs depending on the recess in the rotor where the head of the stud will be. Some rotors don't have as large of a diameter recess for the head of the stud to seat properly. IIRC if the studs need to be machined down on the head diameter they need to be 1" diameter. The rear flex hose you can get from http://tsmmfg.com/Brake_Accessories_others.htm#FLEXIBLE%20BRAKE%20HOSES depending on what year calipers you chose to use you will either need 3703-8 or 3704-8. I recommend that you use the same year caliper as your rig that way the same size banjo bolt is used.

Thanks Scott, will the calipers from my 10bolt work? The mounting holes line up with the caliper brackets. Or are they to slim for 3/4t rotors?

Yes, any GM front caliper will work or if you want to retain an e-brake then you need 76-78 Caddy Eldorado calipers.

These are the numbers I used

napa #s for disc swap
242-2023 caliper right
242-2022 caliper left
4885677 rotor (3/4ton front)
ss-728A disc set
82204 caliper bolts
20996 rubber brake hose
7818 fitting for rubber hose to hard line
641-2179 wheel studs

bendix 77227 rear rubber brake...i have this saved on my comp and iirc, its the part # kert gave me when i ordered my brackets

learn to search gramps...

LOL

Just make sure you remember the 'year break' on the front calipers and brake lines... i believe 78 is the break year where they went from SAE to metric on the banjo bolt and breake lines...

I bought 78 calipers and they used SAE threads...
I know on www.offroaddesign.com on their brake lines they show the year difference...
