When you install the disc brake conversion on the 14 will I have to get longer Lug Nuts for the wheels since the studs aren't going thru the drum????

no because thay now go threw the rotor the same as the drum would have.
The lug nuts should be fine, but if you have the small 11" brakes you will need longer wheel studs to go through the rotor and hub. If you have the large 13" brakes then you will be fine. I have noticed though that the rotors aren't all made the same nor are the wheel studs so you might have to machine the head of the wheel studs to fit in the recess of the rotor.
