14bff spindle question...

Do the 14bff and D60 share the same spindle thread diameter and pitch?? I need to replace my 14bff wheel seals and the crappy lock washer design is on its last leg so I would prefer to swap to the newer style that has the inner nut with the pin and the washer that has holes in it versus the fold-over (read: break-off) tab style...
