I have them tacked, but the one on the drivers side is about 3 3/4 - 4 inches from the brake backing plate and the passenger side is 5+ inches. Is this correct??

I thought that looked wrong. The 14BSF that I'm taking out has the perches around 5" from the backing plates. Should the 14BFF be the same?

I don't know about a SF but the distance between the perches and the WMS should be the same.

Just remember that the perch's need to be 42.5" center to center for a 1/2 or 3/4 ton and 40.5" for a 1 ton. With that said the distance from the perch to the backing plate needs to be the same on both sides.

Oh yeah. Duh...

It's late....I need a beer.

Post up if you need a measurement. I'll be in the garage trying to fix my damn welder before it gives me fits.....
