I have a 14bolt FF axle complete out of a 3/4ton truck. I've never gotten around to pulling the cover. I bought this axle with a matching D44 less that a year ago. I put the D44 in my truck and the 14b has set as pictured on the saw horses.
Based on the front axle, this is out of a '74. As far as I can tell it is an open carrier.
