i was very surprised i broke the detroit and no other damage to shafts or carrier.checked the splines n,not even a lil ripple in the groves.i have no idea why it stripped.it seemed like it started to ratchet in a corner like its supposed to,then just locked and broke off half the teeth on each part of the gears.only thing in the bottom of the carrier or magnet was about 15 pieces of teeth.
