I have a 14bsf in a truck right now that is about to be replaced so Im going to part it out.

welded carrier, its sloppy and ugly but its held up through some abuse over the past year, would be great if you just wanted to try a welded rear and keep your old carrier in case you dont like it $15 plus shipping
axle shafts-passenger side is bad from being ran with a bad wheel bearing but can be used with the repair axle bearing. the driver side is still in good shape and can be used with a regular wheel bearing/seal-Ill take $50 for the good one and if you want the otherside Ill throw it in for whatever the extra shipping will be
repair axle bearing-bought these new for $100, installed them and havent driven out of my yard. I have a tool and can remove them without damage if someone wants them for $25 plus the shipping
diff cover-good shape, no leaks, not rusty $15 plus the shipping
