14FF 4.56 thick or thin gears

Wanting to go a little deeper on my gears. Looking for a clean (minimal to no wear) set of 14FF 4.56 gears. Have a 4.10 carrier...prefer thick, but thin with 4.56 open carrier will work too. Anybody?

Yea, your choice of locker might push a choice. I think the ARB only works with thick gears etc.

I have 4.56's with 4.10 carrier and the grizzley locker works fine.

The grizzley is the same as a detroit. Made by Yukon.
