14FF/D60 questions

i have a 1979 14FF, and a 1981 Dana 60 under my truck. i need to remove the front hubs to change the, to SRW hubs. i also need to remove the rears to install my disc brakes. anybody know what sockets im gonna need to do this? its looking like Matco pn MST96 is what i need for the rear Matco page , is this correct? and what about the front?

The six post tool should be correct. Mine works for the 60 and 14b /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif
