I filled up the diff untill It started flowing back out the fill hole, then I capped it off. Jacked up the driver side of the axle, so some oil would run down to the passenger side hubs to get them nice and lubed. Then jacked up the passenger side so the oil would flow down to the driver side hub. Tried to put a little more oil in it, but it looks like all it wants to hold is about 3.5 quarts of gear oil. I swear I thought I saw on pirate that a 14ff held like 5.3 quarts of gear oil.....What gives? Am I just being impatient and need to wait a long time for the syrup like oil to drain down to the driver side hub so I can squeeze more in or what?
