14FF OPEN CARRIER

I have a 14FF under my 89 K5 with 4.56 ratio with gov-tracloc and another 14FF with 4.10 ratio open carrier sitting in my garage. I was wondering if I can use the open carrier out of the 4.10 14FF in my 4.56 gov-loc, so I can install a detroit locker in my rear axle.

Any help much appreciated!

yeah, I just ordered 5.13's for my D44 and 14FF... got the thick gears cause I couldn't see adding another $225 to an already impressive bill /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif
