Hey guys,

Just replaced the 14FF and had some extra parts in my swap.

Newer style 14FF backing plates - clip style, late 80's. - $Case of Beer

14FF shafts, Set. - $Case of Beer

14FF Stock Diff Cover - Free with above. Or a lesser quantity of beer

GM 3.73 gears, open carrier. In great condition, pulled from a running axle. $50?

I can get pics of this stuff if needed, but nothing odd is going on here, just need stuff gone.

All kidding aside, i need all this stuff gone. :haha:

I'm moving to the mountains, and it'll mostly all go with the scrap housing to free CL if no one jumps on it.

If a member needs any of this, let me know, and we'll work you out a great deal.

Interested in the press in clip style backing plates.

Can you get a pic of them? And are they for 13" brakes?

Don't think I can ship you a case of beer but I can Pay Pal you the cost of one plus shipping for the plates.

I'll measure and get pics. Only challenge is they are two drivers side plates. Only difference is one hole though, which could easily be drilled in one, and used on the passenger side. I'll get pics today. These suckers are pretty heavy

What year was the axle? My guess would be '87 or newer.

Boxed up and ready to go. Let me know your tolerance for shipping cost, and where you want them sent :)

UPS or USPS is fine. Whichever is cheaper. I'll PM you my address info and shoot you a payment once you get the quote.

Sounds good. Do you mind just setting a max you are willing to spend on shipping, and sending me your address? Then if the quote is under, i'll ship, if not, i'll hold, and you can pay me after.

Just saves me an extra trip to the post office.

Give me the weight and measurement of the box. I can find out. And your zip code also. I live 3 blocks from the PO.

I like to compare the quotes online and at the PO to see how close they get. Most times they're within .50 of each other.

Its just over 17"x14"x3", and 22.5lbs.

The box i had is perfect, couldn't be packed much smaller.

Who wants the gears and 14FF shafts?!

I'd keep the shafts around for spares, but My crate 350 has about the same chance of breaking a shaft as I do turning into a flying pig.

I checked USPS from Pleasanton to my door and if you can con them into shipping the box out as Media Mail, it will only run $12.93 to me.

I figure the weight of the two plates should be close to a box that size with magazines stacked in it side by side so there's no reason why they shouldn't believe you and ship it to me for that amount.

So what brand beer do you drink? :D

Darren, still waiting on word from you. If media mail is doable and what brand beer you favor so we can get a tally on the total.

Haha. I thought i was waiting on you.

PM me your address, and I'll do my best on shipping. If i convince them to take it media, i'll have to do it on the spot.

We can figure out the payment after. :thumb:

Interested in the 3.73's!!!! Is the yoke assembled and would you be willing to remove the carrier from the ring gear?

Cool.

I'll be back and forth a bunch over the next few weeks along 80. How soon would you need them?

whenever you can get around to it... Is the pinion still assembled and would you be willing to remove the carrier?

Do you just need the gears, or the carrier?

Really, I have zero time at this point. Yes, pinion is still assembled. Really would like to drop it off as-is, rather than try and disassemble.

Garage has been transformed from gear lube to bathroom remodel. No going back right now :haha:

I need gears, but I'll take it as is. I know the no time fight all too well and don't wish it on anyone. I'll take them. Will you be close to the Yuba area anytime soon? I'll be in Lemoore this weekend for drill and know neither are close to you.
