Brackets are en route to you already. Dropped them off at the snail mail station yesterday.

Just so you know these were about half an inch too short for my application. The pins that hold the pads in rubbed on the disc. I just cut them in half and added a piece of steel and welded them back up.
I'm not sure who makes these but they seem to have made them just a bit to short for a standard 14bff and 1/2 ton disc conversion.
