14ff spring pads

i need to move the perches on the 14bff, my drive angles are horrible. Anyone know where i can purchase some new ones? Also, is it easier to grind them off and torch them?

FWIW, I tried to buy some a couple of years ago without success. Just use box tubing and make your own.

I ground mine off, but it was a pain. I am going to try a torch next time.

Steve Frisbee built a set of spring perches for me that I am happy with.

Can you reuse the perches if your careful when taking them off. I use 2 six degree shims stacked together making for a ridiculous contraption. (12 degrees!) When I get my 14bff I will be doing the same thing as you.
