Ive seen it mentioned before but I can't find it. I have 15x14" rims with 44" tires. I currently have a 3/4 ton axle set up 14SF and Corp 10 8 lug manual hubs. Are 15" rims wide enuff for these axles? What about if I go 1 ton D60 + 14FF? If they are not wide enuff anything I can do to make them work?

If you mean tall enough, it depends on your backspacing. The general rule is at 2.5" backspacing you dont have to grind on the calipers to get the wheels to clear. More backspacing, and you have to grind quite a bit on the front calipers.

So the rear drums are fine? What if I do a 14FF with disc conversion? Whats the biggest back space I can get away with assuming I do grind down the calipers...

I run 15x10 with 4.25 BS on a 14bff and 10b front, i had to grind the front calipers moderatly. The rims fit fine on the stock rear 14bff drums and i had to do a minor cleanup on the calipers when i did the disc conversion. I am too going to d60 which will require extensive grinding or going to a conversion kit which uses the 3/4ton brakes. I however have acquired a d60 which already has the calipers ground down for 15'' rims so no work for me.
