15" wheels on rear 14 bolt with Disks

If I do the disk brake conversion on my 14 bolt FF 73 K20 am I gonna have to grind the calipers like I did in front to fit 15 inch wheels? I guess it wouldnt be too bad since I have already done the front.
But would rather not...

I have 15" alunimum wheels on mine with no grinding but I also have a 1" spacer on 10"wide wheels IDK if they would fit with out the spacer
