16” 6 lug for the ‘68 K10

16 inch wheels were an option for the 68, is there anything on these wheels that would be different from other generation 16” 6 lugs?

I’m wanting to put the factory option 16’s on it. It has 15x8 Ralleys on it now and I do not like them.

I ran some on a 71 4x4 a long time ago. I remember they cleared the disc brake calipers ok. Seems like the ones I had had clips for the old style 66 and earlier hub caps. If I remember correctly they were pretty narrow also, like 6" maybe.

If ya can’t find any OEM GM 16 inchers some foreign market Toyota Land Cruisers came with them in 6 on 5.5” lug pattern and are 6” width - there are several businesses that import the non USA market options.

The newer chevy trucks have the same.
My buddy has the 1999 van with the 6 lug 16x6 rally wheels with chrome rings.
He has the small plastic center caps that attach to the lug nuts but you can also use regular steel hub caps like the squares if you prefer
