16.5\" hauling tire prices ?

are there any good prices on any truck highway hauling type tires for 16.5" dually rims these days, or are those days over now ?
load range of at bare minimum C or D ?

16.5's are generally going to be load range E or D. Since you're in IL, try Farm and Fleet. Also tirerack.com and Sams come to mind. I have a set that came on my crew that I'm going to sell soon.

Sam's Club has the cheapest tires I've found.
