This is a set of 4 9.75x16.5 Hurricane wheels, no caps or lugs. Wheels are in good shape, but aren`t quite the same, spoke count diff on them. If they were on diff sides of the truck, shouldn`t be an issue. Lookig to get $200 for the set, or trade for tools. I`m sure shipping won`t be cheap, prefer local pickup, can hold if paid for. thanks
