On 16.5 wheels, do I only need to put beadlocks on the outside of the wheel? If so, with out the presence of a safety bead will the inside of the tire slip off the wheel? BB
As with most wheels, the beadlock would go on the outside part of the rim. I ran 16.5 rims with 38s and I lost the bea several times on side slopes at about 8-10 PSI. I don't think the inner lip is as problematic as the outer though.
