I'm starting to look for 16" wheels with the 6 lug pattern for my K5 to run LT285/75R16 tires I already have. Search terms are too short for the forum to get good results from a search, anyone have suggestions?

So far I have found the American Racing AR767 at tire rack.

I special ordered mine off of Fleabay, just make sure you get the right back spacing with aluminum vs. steel rims. I really like being able to run D or E rated tires like I did on my 76.

What backspacing would you recommend Joel? I always suck and figuring that or remembering what a rig needs. I like my rally's but hate how close they are to the tie rod ends for balancing purposes/wheel weights etc. I'd like to go to a 16" and a 10" wide so 12.50's would look ok. Thanks.

I don't think my offset is quite right because I had to add wheel spacers to get my rims to clear my rotors. Makes the front end a bit wider which I'm fine with. I am running 315 75 16's and my rims are 16x8 with 6-5.5 bolt pattern and +10mm offset, the rims are aluminum which makes them a bit thicker. My wheel spacers bolt onto the hub and then the rim bolts onto that so they are just like what's on a dualie, just not quite as thick. Looking back, I think I would find a local shop and try some rim and tire combos to see what fits.

4" to 4.25" is about the max backspacing on a squarebody. On a 10" wide wheel, that would be about -25mm offset. A +16 offset then requires 1.5 to 2 inch spacers to clear the tire rod.
