17\" wheels in 8 lug. Who makes them and how hard is it to find tires?

do they happen to make a 17" black steel wheel? just something different. who would sell them possibly?

are tires hard to find in smaller sizes, like a 285/75/17?

Not exactly sure, but if memory serves me right I've seen upto 37x13x17's in a few tire brands.

Go to Goodyear to see the smaller 17" tires. I think US wheel makes a 17" black steel wheels in an 8 lug.
