19.5" Breadvan Wheels on a Dodge?

Did a search and couldn't find anything off hand so I figured I'd ask. A guy is interested in buying these wheels that I have, but they'd be going on his Dodge. I didn't remember if the hubs are smaller or larger. Which one fits which without modification?

if newer dodge 94-up i think the hub center hole is tiny big small for dodge.

this info i gather from h2 rims need tiny bit cut out to fit dodge .

I just went and measured my steel roller wheels, came off an 01 2500 Dodge , the center openings are approx. 4.8" , these wheels fit on my 95 Cummins as well as my 00 Cummins and the 01 gasser they came off of, hope it helps
