I hauled this car up to Chico for a friend that moved there 5 years ago. In July 2016, he died of congestive heart failure. His widow wants to sell the car, her asking price is $17,000 and she's not in any particular hurry.
It's been kept indoors, driven only a handful of times in the last 5 years. It was just gone over by a local mechanic, and has a fresh coat of wax on it.
When I drove it last, it ran like a raped ape and was funner'n'hell. It's not a perfect car and not an original resto (custom upholstery, 327 V8, and a 4spd), but is pretty damn good.
I won't refer tire kickers - if you're a serious buyer (i.e.: have cash) and have CK5 cred I'll coordinate a look at it. She is nervous about people coming to her house and this is uncharted territory for her.
