Its kinda ugly - but if my shop were just a little bigger I think it would fit :D

Anyone ever seen one of these before? Is it a custom one-off or was there a conversion company making these?

I don't see a truck on the link. It is a CarSoup website that asks for my location - ?

Also getting a carsoup page. My dad has a '69 CST/20 crewcab, custom built but sold thru GM (mainly to railroads & military, but this was a civilian one as far as I know). Would help if I could see pics to determine whether my dads is the same.

Try it now - I tried to fix it. If it doesn't work go to the minneapolis mn area and search for a 1969 k20.

wow, wish it weren't so rust ridden, that would be a fun and unique vehicle. I have seen other 4 doors by GM, saw one on eBay for a railroad company, it was white. Said it was the nicest one still in existence, it looked pretty sweet, but $$$$$$

Those were common among the railroad and logging companies of the day. They were modified by a conversion company. Obviously, they used another set of front doors and lengthened the cab.

I'm glad it wasn't a cut-up Suburban. :D

Whoopsies :D Didn't know he had it on carsoup....

I have a crapload of pics if anyone wants more detail shots of the thing. I was thinking about replacing the rockers & fixing the floor when I do my blazer, but figured I'd never get out of it what I'd put into it...truck is built like a tank and is just a beast to drive..

There was a blue/white one around here for several years. Never seen it on the road just moved from house to house. It sat on 40" ground hawgs and looked awesome!
