1970 blazer inside roll bar

I tried finding a Smittybilt roll bar but was told they are no longer available /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif Sorry

Fabrication is the way to go. I got mine out of a race car.
I just had it changed and the bars extended and new plates welded on.
If you have a race track near you. I would check with the drivers there. Good luck.

I have one for sale right now, it came out of a 70 blazer, made of 2 inch tubing, pretty nice, asking 150 located in manhattan, ks. email me or post if you are interested. thanks
john

check with mothertruckers.net he told me that smittybuilt was starting to manufacture them again.

Stevie,

Please fill out your profile a little more (like where do you live?) /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif I might be able to help you find one, but only if you're close by....

I have the factory roll bar in my 72. it look alright, but in an actuall roll-over, I dont know how well it would hold up, its basically a 4 point roll bar, but the back 2 points are only like a 1-1/2 feet behind the front points. I have seen fabbed ones, and I think they would perform better (in the case that you actually need it)

Don't forget that S&W Race Cars makes a full cage for about $200-$300. Read it here, must be true! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
