Video of bike:woot:

We rode the crap out of one of those when I was a kid, then after we moved onto to bigger and better we fixed it back up and mom rode it when we went camping.

I will have to show the vid to wifey because I think they had one growing up also.

They are very easy to get parts for too. If you are marginally mechanically inclined they are VERY easy to work on. 100 mpg and look cool too. I have 3, I was planning on buying a scooter but I own a Harley so I signed a waiver that I would never be seen driving one:haha: I found the CTs and fell in love. Here are a few pics of my keepers

I ride all three daily, usually just around the block. They all run like new, quiet and reliable. I took the black one to the beach for the first time (about 3 miles from the house) and it got lots of looks:haha:

They fit behind the back seat of the K5 fine:waytogo: Real snug and don't move at all. I'm planning to put a softtopper on myK5 and remove the hardtop for the summer. I'm installing tie downs in the floor and removing the backseat so I can haul 2 CT70s side by side. Probably leave them in their permanently, its been many a time when I went somewhere and thought how cool it would be to jump on a scoot for a little ride:woot:

Damn that thing is SUPER CLEAN. I can remember when those could be had for about $600.00 used.

Nice my old one at the farm is just like your Red one. We used to have a yellow one too but it blew up so we striped it for parts for the red one. Awesome little bikes to cruise town with, wish youve lived closer, I could probably talk the old man into getting another one.
