I need some opinions I am starting a father +son build. I have a 1970 k5, 350, th350, np205, I have a 8lug dana 44, gm 14 bolt 4.11 gears. whats your thoughts on front springs, lengths, rear springs. this will see street miles, but also plenty of off road, we do live in Utah.

I know from personal experience with my '70, that in my opinion, you will be way more pleased with custom springs from Offroad Design. Alcan here in Grand Junction builds them to ORD specs after you give Stephen your truck and use information. I had tuff country ez-ride junk under my truck with a big block holding them down, tried rancho and then swapped to bilstien shocks, and nothing helped. After lots of looking at information here, I called ORD and it COMPLETELY changed my attitude towards the truck. But, yes decide if you want to keep the fenders stock and what height /tire combo and then call Stephen and kick it around with him. Yes they are more money than a kit, but well worth it in my opinion.
