I never thought it would come to this, but it looks like I'm going to have to let the blazer go.

It is a 1972 Chevrolet Blazer

Pretty much stock, but I have done a lot of work on it. However, most of that work was done about 8 years ago or earlier.

TH350 NP205 D44 front 12 bolt rear - 3.73 gears

Mostly done, new aftermarket electrical harness.

3" body lift

I replaced the entire rear bed floor with 1/8" diamond plate steel & installed a storage box just behind where a center console would be. Once that was all, in I had the entire interior lined with a tan Permatech liner.

It seems to have rusted quite a bit being in WNY for the last eight years, but it's mostly the doors & rockers. I was never concerned about that because I was just going to cut them out & put in rock slider 2x6, 8 rectangular tubing. The door skins should be replaced.

I have several pictures of it on cardomain if you'd like to check it out.

HOWEVER, the top is NOT the pop-up camper top anymore. It's just a stock hardtop. It needs just a little work, but is very solid.

PM me if you'd like to see it in person.

Thanks,
Buddy

Any current pics of it available?

Showing it without the camper top.

No, and I won't have any before it moves across the country with me to Las Vegas.

This is a last minute thing, and I don't REALLY want to sell, but could use the money for the move, not to mention the reduction in stress in dragging it behind my wife's Discovery. It'll make for a much longer trip that way.

Hell, throw out a price. Anybody. You never know.

Buddy

I'm going back to get my wife and kid this weekend, (07/26/08) & we will load the moving truck on Tuesday. Then leave on Wednesday morning. So pretty shortly, but it can stay there for a while after that. It's at my old job & my old boss is very easy going about it being there.

I wouldn't, however, want it to stay there until september ya' know. ;)

there are some good surprises that could go along with it & some bad surprises as well. But if you wanted a solid start for a trail truck, besides the one you already have, this would be great.

Time's runnin' out! This thing will be in Buffalo until Tuesday. If you are interested in this blazer at all, let me know so I can tell you where it's at. If not before Tuesday, it'll be following my wife's Discovery back over here to Las Vegas.

PM me to check it out.
