1972 CST K5 Blazer for trade for 80\'s K5

1972 CST K5 Blazer. 350 (1 piece rear main block with older style heads), Edelbrock Intake, Carter Carb. TH350, NP205, Dana 44, 12 bolt posi rear. Has some typical rust for the year, but straight (no bondo, never been hit). 2" Lift (front add-a-leafs, rear blocks).

He wants to trade for a mid '80's 4x4 K5 Blazer with power windows in decent shape.

This is a picture from when I was putting the motor in it. It's complete and runs and drives.

He also has a 1979 Chevy Luv 4x4 thats complete but needs work for $300. (No, its not MEPR's Luv /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif, but it looks like it).

How much rust? Any pics available?

The rust is mainly in the rockers and drivers floorboard. Its not all the way through the floor or anything. A little around the rear wheelwells. All the rust on it is on the lower portion of the body. From mid-fenderwells up, its really straight and clean. The entire front clip is rust free.

I have more pictures of it on my "dying" computer. I'll try and get some up if I can get it to start up.

I owned the Blazer for a couple months before I sold it to my neighbor after putting the motor in. He's the type that just wants something with more "conveniences". The Blazer has been dependable for him, but he'd like to get something with power windows and A/C and cushy stuff that all works in an '81-'91 Body style.

I think the Luv needs a head gasket. It has alot of new parts on it (carb, etc...). Its a shortbed. Needs a grille.
