1972 K5 blazer exterior spare mount

Is there an aftermarket company that makes exterior spare mounts for the 1972 K5? My 35" tires don't fit on the interior spare mount and allow for the tailgate to close.

4x4Iron makes a bumper attachment for their bumpers, but im not sure if it will work with a stock one. Im sure a little will get it to fit though
