1973-1974 Grill Anybody ever see a factory one with the front Chromed?

Talking about only the outer most high parts..chromed about 1/8 inch.

I swear my original grill was like that but cannot find it in any book. Not showing as a dealer option either.

I posted pictures in the other 73-74 grill thread, too. Mine has chrome around the perimeter as does @skunked

I also noticed the leading edges of the other parts of the gill seem to have a slightly different finish to them, but not chrome. I don't know if this is due to the sun or something else.

I have a stock '73 grille in my garage off a K10,I'll have to check it out..

Yep the leading edges of all of it were chromed.

So now, what package came with chromed grill in 73-74? Was is all Cheyennes?

mine is a custom deluxe

Mine was a 74 k20 cheyenne super, no chrome grill.

The weird this is that I cannot find any options for grills in my 1974 dealer book. Not listed in the "brights"
