Wanted 1973-75 Roll Bar Trim/Escutcheons

For the 1973-75 Factory Roll Bars, I'm looking for the plastic trim rings to finish off the carpet as shown below. GM lists as "Escutcheons".
I only need the rear support bar pair but would take a full set and may consider if along with a Roll Bar.

Using a grommet like that I could prob make work if it's large enough ID to shape and fit. Good idea for an alternative/backup.
